This is a well written and informative piece of work, containing a superbly researched and fascinating biography of
creatorswith insights into the creation of the characterand analyses of each novel. It should be noted that although the reviewer enjoyed the books when he was younger, in reacquainting himself with them in later life, he finds his feelings towards them have changed. In his own words:
While I started this project with great enthusiasm, I must confess up front that I finished it with reluctance. Somehow my former enjoyment of these books has waned, so here is the warning: beyond here lie dragons.
Again, though, I stress that the site is worth visiting for the profile of the Ficklings.
